Reminiscent of Gershwin’s Prelude, “Blue Lullaby,” Robert Vandall has created here a full, rich and bluesy “night piece” for two late intermediate level pianists and two pianos. There is gentle syncopation, jazz harmonies, interesting rhythms, and full use of the keyboards—the artists sharing accompaniment and melody sections. Two scores are included.
