Part of the Wtritten For You Series Timothy Brown’s In the Night is a sparkling and lyrical piece which promotes musical expression. This intermediate level solo written in the key of C minor features the opening melody played in the L.H. The melody is further developed in the B section utilizing continuous eighth note figures in the R.H. This, along with the harmonic structure, creates a very mysterious mood.
