Lute concerti by Silvius Leopold Weiss (1687-1750), recorded by Tempesta Di Mare Philadelphia Baroque Orchestra with solo lutenist Richard Stone. Recorded in 2002 in the Church of Santa Maria Maddelena de Pazzi, Philadelphia, and released on the Chaconne division of Chandos Records in 2004, the premiere recordings on this disc were subject of much critical acclaim.
