The Hornwood 8H drumstick is particularly long and thin with a length of 41.5 centimeters and a diameter of just 13 millimeters. The stick’s specialty is its taper-section which is extremly long From about the middle of the stick, it tapers bit by bit.

This provides a very balanced feel in the hand. We manufacture the 8H drumstick from laminated beech wood. This ensures good weight in the hand with its high density, despite the small diameter. Due to the small rounded tip, the Hornwood 8H stick is very well suited for delicate and quiet playing.
