The PreSonus AIR XD Sub is a high-performance active subwoofer designed to deliver deep, powerful bass for both mobile and installed sound applications. Equipped with a custom low-frequency driver and a robust 2,000W Class-D amplifier, it provides extended low-end response and high SPL output for a tight, impactful foundation. Advanced onboard DSP offers variable lowpass filtering, alignment delay, cardioid/end-fire array presets, and specialised “Mo’ Bass” modes for versatile tuning and precise control of bass performance in any environment. Bluetooth with TWS Bridge Mode enables wireless stereo pairing with AIR XD full-range speakers, while the rugged plywood enclosure with ergonomic handles and caster provisions ensures durability and portability.

Featuring a full-colour 2.6″ LCD screen, the integrated DSP offers intuitive access to system presets, EQ, crossover settings, delay alignment, and array configurations. This allows users to fine-tune bass response for any venue or setup, ensuring tight integration with other speakers and consistent performance whether ground-stacked or flown.

Flexible connectivity and wireless capability

With dual combo XLR/TRS inputs and Bluetooth streaming, the AIR XD Sub allows seamless connection to mixers, audio interfaces, or wireless sources. The TWS Bridge Mode lets you wirelessly link your subwoofer with AIR XD full-range loudspeakers for effortless, cable-free stereo setups. Additional XLR outputs provide easy integration into larger PA systems.
