High-quality Japanese-made, replacement unfinished Telecaster body made from 3 piece mahogany. This is a true custom shop quality “tonewood” guitar body and is ideal for anyone wishing to build themselves a high-end guitar. This body is routed for the traditional 2 singlecoil Tele pickups and has the six through-body string holes pre-drilled. In addition to this, the four holes for securing the neck to the guitar body are drilled but all other holes such as the ones for bridge mounting, pickguard, strap buttons, jack socket plate and control plate holes will need to be drilled. These mount holes are purposely left blank to accommodate different Tele hardware options. If you are unsure about fitting the various guitar parts to this Tele body, particularly the neck and bridge, then we recommend getting a local qualified guitar luthier to carry the work out for you to ensure that all parts are aligned correctly.
