Iwasaki Needle Carving Files – Flat or Half-Round

The smooth-cut Iwasaki Needle Carving File is a chemically polished and sharpened carving file, obtainable in both Flat and Half-Round shapes.

Features:

The chemical sharpening process means these files are ultra sharp and are perfect for building guitars. The equivalent of approximately 280 grit sandpaper means that less time is spent achieving a perfect finish.

The unique layout of the teeth ensures that the file will not get clogged up with detritus as you work. These act as tiny plane blades and have an engineered hump behind the blade that acts as a chip breaker.

The soft rubber handles fit well in the palm of the hand and they are supremely comfortable to use.
