This bass is really versatile for a passive instrument, with a traditional single coil pick up but backed up with a humbucker in the bridge. Think of its sound as a Jazz bass meets a Stingray. It has a traditional look with a modern twist, so perfect really for any gig. This is a great bass for those bass players who would like to transition from 4 string to 5 string playing, this is because it’s string spacing is more similar to a 4 string so even though this gives it quite a chunky neck the string spacing still feels more familiar.
